COVID-19

There is still much to learn about the Covid-19. Encore Professional Cleaning Services is following CDC guidelines and providing Covid-19 cleaning, Electrostatic Disinfecting, Air Fogging and Sanitizing Services. Currently, there is evidence that suggest that COVID-19 may remain viable for hours or days on different surfaces. Cleaning and disinfecting surfaces are best practice measure for prevention of COVID-19.

Encore Professional Cleaning Services would like to inform you that we are prepared and available to be your trusted partner for COVID-19 cleaning and disinfecting. Contact us if you have experienced a COVID19 positive event at your place of business.

If you have a suspected/confirmed COVID-19 event in your facility, we will:

Close off areas visited by the ill person. Open outside doors and windows to increase air circulation in the area. If needed, use ventilating fans to increase air circulation in the area.
Encore’s team will begin a sanitizing and disinfecting process by fogging the facility with a CDC approved disinfectant that has a kill claim for approximately 10 minutes. Air fogging disinfects kill Covid-19 both on surfaces and in the air.
We wait 4 hours after the facility is fogged and return to wipe down surfaces and furniture (counters, drawers, doors handle, light switches, phones, etc.).
Once Encore’s Team is done with the sanitation process, we ask our clients to wait 2-3 hours to allow proper drying. After this is completed, employees to return to the property.

Electrostatic Disinfecting Services

The Electrostatic Spray is recommended for disinfecting large rooms and surface areas.

Day Porter Services

For larger offices, we recommend adding day porter services to disinfect.

conference rooms, restrooms, door handles and other frequently touched surfaces every hour.

Additional Services

Regular weekly or biweekly services may not be enough to ward off covid-19 as it has been known to linger for up to 3-4 days on some surfaces. Depending on how much foot traffic you have in your place of business, you may want to consider adding additional services temporarily. We recommend M-F cleaning services at a minimum during the pandemic.

What type of disinfectant does ENCORE use?

We use a neutral disinfectant that clean, disinfects and deodorize all hard surfaces such as plastic, Formica, chrome, toilets, sinks, countertops and floors. It is proven to be effective against corona viruses and meets CDC cleaning guidelines. Our Disinfectant is EPA Approved.
